Barbecuing


Barbecue is low temperature method of cooking. Barbecue involves cooking, using an indirect heat source for hours and hours. Barbecue is different from grilling. Grilling is method of cooking, using the direct heat. barbecuing is a method of cooking when tough cuts of meat such as beef brisket or pork ribs, are cooked by the smoke of a hardwood fire. Most people barbecue beef, pork, chicken and fish. Also people barbecue vegetables. For barbecuing people use charcoal or gas grills. Gas grills work on either natural or propane gas.
